The process is power.
It's the key to a smooth creative project.
Align with the team on the design brief.
Clarify what aspects to change (materials, finishes, patterns, accents).
Establish key deliverables.
Gather research and references whilst sketching ideas—my favorite area.
Develop concepts and revise based on feedback.
Create detailed production-ready files.
Specify materials, finishes, and color codes in a tech pack.
Conduct a final review with the team before sampling time.
